This program does not aim at addressing all the technologies currently used by the operators, recently in the market, or under development. Periodical updates are essential to capture new developments and the technologies’ transition from research to commercial products.

As such, the technologies database in the program is not comprehensive and are displayed as examples. The information about the technology is mainly retrieved from current literature and public domains. The program developers do not endorse any of these technologies or products, and do not claim a preference of any of them over other technologies that may not be listed in the database.

The database provides a baseline of emerging pipeline safety and integrity management technologies. It presents examples of newly commercial and close-to-market equipment, sensors, systems, and processes as of the market to date.
